Lauren Unger is a Native New Yorker who found her way to Miami when the death of her first love awakened her Mediumship and sent her in a spiritual journey. She is a Holistic Health Coach and has been practicing Eastern studies for 10 years working with clients on emotional, spiritual, physical and mental levels. Lauren is a Holy Fire World Peace Karuna Reiki Master & Teacher certified in Integrated Energy Therapy, Sound Healing, Akashic Record Healing and Timeline Therapy™️. Using these tools as well as Kundalini, sacred rituals, bodywork, breath work, NLP and energetic transmutation she helps her clients release the noise of the culturally created self in order to deepen the relationship with their authentic selves.
